Time and Stress Management Plan

I believe that being able to manage one's stress level translates to a happy and healthier life. It starts with effective time and stress management  plan. This was a the stress management plan I created for one of my classes at Seneca College. It included a deadline schedule, diet plan, exercise program, humor activities, and spirituality plan.

Assignment 3: Team Plan (Due January 24)
· January 20 11.30am-12.30pm – Review assignment requirements, create outline 
· January 23 2pm-3pm – Create team plan, proofread and submit on BB

Assignment 4: Video Steps 1-5 (Due February 14)
· February 10 11.30am-12.30pm – Review Instructions and Steps 1-5 lesson and create outline for video layout, record adequate video responses and upload videos 
· February 13 2pm-3pm – Rerecord and upload videos if necessary, then submit YouTube link on BB 

Assignment 5: Problem Solving (Due February 21)
· February 17 11.30am-12.30pm – Review Customer Service PPT and Cracked Crystal Case for reference, review Radiator case, create solution outline and write appropriate memo/document draft
· February 20 2.30-3pm – Proofread final document and submit on BB

Assignment 6: 10 Steps video (Due March 12)
· March 7 11.40am-1.30pm – Review video requirements, clarity questions with professor and create outline 
· March 10 11.30am-12.30pm – Record videos, edit, finalize, upload and submit on BB

Assignment 7: Negotiations (Due March 21)
· March 17 11.30am-12.30pm – Review assignment requirements, create outline and draft 
· March 19 11.40-1.30pm – Clarify and confirm with Professor about assignment 
· March 20 2pm-3pm – Finalize details, write and proofread assignment, submit on BB

Assignment 8: ITIL (Due April 2)  
· March 28 11.40-1.30pm – Review assignment requirements, clarify with professor, write outline and draft  
· March 31 11.30am-12.30pm – Finalize details, write and proofread assignment, submit on BB
Project (Due April 9)  
· March 17 11.30am-12.30pm – Review project requirements and create outline from previous topics (ie. Personal style, Stress Plan, Teamwork, ITIL) and create video outline  
· March 24 11.30am-12.30pm  – Write draft from outline and record sample videos  
· March 26 – Confirm with Professor any questions and clarifications about project  
· March 31 – Do more research if required, write second draft and record next set of videos  
· April 4 – Finalize any last questions with Professor about project 
· April 7 11.30am-1pm  - Proofread final copy of portfolio, publish it on Blogger website and upload videos to YouTube

Diet plan for one day
Breakfast: Oatmeal with honey, yogurt, scrambled eggs and orange
Snack: Almonds and granola bar
Lunch: Grilled chicken with rice and salad, soup
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Sautéed chicken with rice and fried vegetables

Exercise program
Cardio workout twice a week, at least 40 minutes:
 Monday 7.30pm-9.00pm – Jeet Kune Do class
 Friday 11.30am-12.30pm – Tai Bo workout
 Sunday 11.30am-12.30pm – Dumbell workout

Spirituality plan
Meditation for 15 minutes at least twice a week:
Sunday 11am-11.15am
Tuesday 9.45-10am 
Friday 11am-11.15am
