Man this blog post is long overdue. I've slacked off on both this and Tony Robbins. I need to start writing my blogs consistently every week! Recently, I've learned how to condition myself into thinking positively and doing something meaningful. Everyday after I wake up, I ask myself these questions:
1) What's something new I can learn today?
2) How many people can help today?
3) What should I have done yesterday that I need to do today?
Just three questions... But it really makes me appreciate being alive and living in the present. Am I missing anything else?
